Terms of Use — Double Digits

Scope
These terms govern your use of the app "Double Digits" (Japanese name フタケタノカケザン, the "App"), provided by Shota Shimogama. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is distributed through the App Store, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these terms conflict with Apple's, Apple's terms prevail.
Price
The App is free to use. Paid features may be added in the future; if so, their content and price will be shown clearly before any purchase.
Prohibited conduct
When using the App, please do not:
- Modify or reverse-engineer the App in order to submit fraudulent scores to the leaderboards
- Interfere with the operation of the App
- Act in violation of applicable law
If fraudulent scores are detected, those records may be removed through Apple's Game Center.
Leaderboards
The leaderboard feature uses Apple's Game Center. Using it requires signing in with an Apple Account, and Apple's terms apply.
Using the leaderboards is optional. If you do not sign in, every practice feature of the App remains fully available.
About your records
Your practice records are stored only on your device. The developer operates no servers, so records are lost and cannot be recovered if you:
- Delete the App
- Reset your device
- Move to a new device
No backup feature is currently provided.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". The developer makes no warranty that the App is fit for any particular purpose, that any learning outcome will be achieved, or that it is free of defects.
Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, including in particular the loss of records described above.
Changes to or discontinuation of the App
The developer may change the App or discontinue it. If the App is discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to give notice in advance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. If they do, the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
